JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking experienced Corporate Security Officers and Security Officers with Port experience to work at various sites across Darwin’s CBD and Port. As the first point of contact in these prestige positions, you will be responsible for providing and ensuring a professional experience when assisting with enquiries and ensuring all internal procedures are followed.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Delivering an exceptional customer service experience to all
• Maintain and deliver all aspects of Port Security
• Greeting guests, visitors and other stakeholders who attend the building or site in a professional manner
• High level engagement with the building Management, VIP’s and tenants
• Assist with general queries and enquiries
• Build and maintain effective relationships with relevant staff and stakeholders
• Maintain relevant registers

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE; YOU WILL REQUIRE:

• A minimum 1 year experience in a similar corporate position
• An MSIC or the ability to obtain one
• Excellent customer service skills
• A professional outlook
• Must have a Certificate II in Security Operations
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Current and valid NT Security Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound administration and computer skills
