• Consolidates interim and year-end financial reports and forecasts, including variance analysis, for executive committees and boards.
• Coordinates business planning teams and ensures consistency and quality in financial reports.
• Reconciles inter-agency transactions and adjusts annual budgets accordingly.
• Prepares comprehensive reports for government requests.
• Creates confidential analytical reports and briefings for senior management.
• Prepares consolidated budget management plans and assists in annual service plan completion.
• Identifies opportunities for increased operational and financial resource utilization and contributes financial expertise to various projects, including the development of best practices.
