As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will play an important role in shaping our company’s journey towards responsible and transparent operations. • Coordination and support of the various requirements and projects in CSR area, in line with the Group strategy and objectives;
• Participation in the development and control of our CSR data collection needs and processes (from the definition of the indicators to the reporting);
• Creation of structures & processes for an efficient organization of the entire CSR area;
• Participation in the coordination, creation, and further development of sustainability reporting, including the non-financial reporting requirement in compliance with the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD);
• Coordination, communication, and cooperation within FANUC (internal departments, external business partners, subsidiaries, Japanese headquarter);
• Monitoring of regulatory watch, ensuring that our Company’s policies meet legal and business needs;
• Design and management of our internal training program on sustainability issues;
• Reporting on social responsibility activity to senior management;
• Liaise with our European subsidiaries and Japanese headquarters on social responsibility activity and requirements, including reporting.
