What you’ll do:

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in acting for leading market participants, both domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal and commercial expertise in a variety of contexts
• Working as part of cross-border and interdisciplinary teams to advise on corporate activities
• Actively engaging in business development and thought leadership initiatives
• Drafting legal documents clearly and concisely, creating solutions using legal knowledge and commercial judgement
• Attending networking and marketing events to foster strong relationships with clients
• Ensuring the highest quality of service by acting in a diligent, responsible and professional manner

What you bring:

The ideal Corporate Solicitor candidate brings:

• 2-5 years relevant post qualification experience within the legal sector
• Strong academic credentials demonstrating a commitment to personal growth
• Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills
• High level of commercial awareness and business acumen
• Calm and measured approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal relations
• Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
