With exciting growth plans for the practice area, we are looking to recruit into a variety of new roles. We have opportunities across Associates, Senior Associates and Directors for quality lawyers boasting strong corporate experience in private practice.
The lawyers in our Corporate team typically work on M&A (buy and sell side), private equity (sponsor and management), IPOs and ECM work (company and broker/bank), public takeovers as well as general corporate advisory (such as group reorganisations, capital reductions, etc). Much of the work has an international element.
