Humana’s Corporate Strategy team is looking for high-potential future leaders looking to drive disruption in the health care industry.
Our team is a small, high-performing group that works closely with Humana’s senior leadership to chart the course for the company’s future. In Strategy, you will identify and analyze new growth opportunities and work with business leaders to prioritize strategic investments and execute transformation. The Strategy team has weekly meetings with Humana’s CEO and management team and frequently presents updates to the Board of Directors. Daily activities of the Consultant role will include industry analysis, high level financial modeling, qualitative analysis, and synthesis of options. During projects the Consultant can expect to work across Humana’s business segments and prepare executive-level communications for multiple leaders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of consulting, corporate strategy, or business experience
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development
• Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
• Commitment to accelerated professional and personal growth

• Support problem-solving efforts by helping senior leaders define key issues, develop hypotheses and create recommendations.
