Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and policies and guides
  • Prepare offer of employments
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, and conducting LinkedIn searches
  • Manage new employee orientations, training sessions, and development programs
  • Handle benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Support internal communications initiatives and maintain communication materials
  • Cross-train with the payroll department to assist with payroll processing
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve integration and operational efficiency
  • Become Quality Management Representative (QMS) and make sure the corporate team comply
  • Play a key role in the automation and digitalization of HR processes, including onboarding, recruitment, and benefits
