Our tax team collaborates with clients spanning diverse sectors, notably those engaged in international operations across Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing. You’ll engage directly with clients in these industries, providing assistance with intricate tax issues and upholding exceptional client service standards.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the delivery of valuable, technically proficient, and succinct tax guidance encompassing various technical issues pertinent to your client’s business risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of intricate corporate clients, primarily focused on international ventures.
  • Collaborate with partners to execute advisory endeavors, such as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, intellectual property strategizing, and restructuring assignments.
  • Foster and sustain client relationships while upholding a superior standard of service.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and directors across tax and other service sectors.
  • Facilitate coordination and cooperation with other member firms on cross-border projects and initiatives for business growth.
  • Contribute to enhancing technical knowledge and providing staff training.
