Description:
POSTING SUMMARY
This position reports to the Senior Cost Accounting Analyst, and has primary responsibilities related to the University’s cost accounting functions of Facilities & Administrative (F&A) rates, space inventory, effort management & reporting compliance, and benefits. Exercise knowledge of OMB Uniform Guidance and related University policies. The position is also responsible for benefit related reconciliations and management reporting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
A bachelor’s in business administration, accounting, or related field and two years of experience in accounting, cost accounting, or sponsored project administration required.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
A working knowledge of OMB Federal cost principles and Federal cost accounting standards is desirable. Experience with PeopleSoft Finance, PeopleSoft HCM, Planon and Maximus CRIS and ERS software is desirable.
