Job Description

• Collecting the stock report from all outlets/departments and prepare the combined stock report for all Food, Beverage and General store items.
• Co-ordinating with Operating Managers on requirements to maintain par stock level for efficient running of departments.
• Reviewing inventory par levels and ensuring stocks are kept at appropriate level and in good condition and control the expiration date.
• Establishing an efficient system of store receiving, checking, recording, stock control and issue of stocks.
• Supervising monthly stock takes and analyze the slow movement items.
• Overseeing the Receiving, Store function and perform stock audits twice a month.
• Preparing daily Food and Beverage cost reports.
• Visiting the market in order to recheck the raw product price to compare with the market list quotation for negotiation.
• Perform food over reporting, checking regularly and discuss with Chef.
• Controlling Officer checks allowance.
• Handling on control the Consignment stock and movement.
• Analyze Food and Beverage Sale Items and Pricing policy.
• Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess the appropriate professional qualification held by Finance professionals including good accounting knowledge
• English Language Communication with reading, writing and speaking skills
• Good with computer applications particularly Microsoft office products, email with experience in general ledger and other hotel related computer operating systems
