Microsoft’s CO+I team is seeking a Datacenter Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Cost management Campus Lead to provide services for Gavle site in the Sweden.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction management, Project Controls, Quantity Surveying or related field experience
• Experience managing the estimating or commercials on a major construction portfolio
• Proven experience of the commercial management role in the procurement of GC contracts and other construction vendors

Other and Preferred Qualifications:

• Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) full membership or equivalent
• Commercial knowledge of construction internationally
• Excellent communication skills, experience collaborating with all other areas of the datacenter program with an ability to think strategically and build the trust of our construction partners needed to agree very large construction contracts and final accounts
