The Salesforce Commercial Legal Team delivers innovative, trusted, and world-class legal services to advance and protect Salesforce’s interests while creating an exciting and fulfilling work environment for our Legal professionals.   • Undergraduate degree and law degree
  • State Bar membership
  • 2+ years experience negotiating and drafting agreements
  • Practical business judgment and a keen understanding that the business teams rely on your expertise and efficiency to “close the deal”
  • Well-spoken, persuasive, and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Highly responsive, client service-oriented attitude
  • Strong desire to take initiative and work independently, when needed, to problem-solve effectively
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in the technology industry
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast and demanding work environment
  • Ability to quickly establish and consistently maintain collaborative working relationships with internal clients and Legal team colleagues
  • Sense of humor a plus
