Responsibilities:

  • Generate sell-out, awhile achieving other quantitative business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Represent the brands by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers and other team members.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative and flexible approach.
  • Maintain an interest in the latest market trends, products, and activities.
  • Build and maintain in-store relationships.
  • Support the induction process of new joiners.
  • Motivate team members in the assigned door and provide them with the necessary support and training.
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to build solid relationships with customers.
  • Address and resolve enquiries, issues, or complaints that a customer may have and seek assistance from Sell-Through Manager when required.
