COUNTRY DIRECTOR, GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS & PUBLIC POLICY, SINGAPORE

Myanmar, Malaysia, Cambodia and Washington DC. Our team comprises over 110 full-time employees

major multinationals, along with various business associations and non-governmental organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 12 years of relevant work experience in a related field whether in government,

consulting, in-house government affairs role, journalism, or think tanks.

  • Proven expertise in government affairs, public policy and political analysis.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills, sound judgment, and business development acumen.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of politics, government, and bureaucracy in Singapore

and Southeast Asia.

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Conversant in government protocol.
  • Motivated self-starter and eagerness to contribute to firm’s growth.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • A relevant undergraduate degree, preferably in political science, international relations,

history, economics, public policy, or law. An advanced degree is a value-add.

  • Prior experience in client management will be an added advantage.
