We have a fantastic opening for a strong executive to lead Swiss Re Corporate Solutions ANZ. If you are an experienced senior leader with a track record of success, to seize this exciting opportunity!
Responsibilities:
This executive position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills to navigate market changes, leverage growth opportunities, and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
This role will be classified as an Accountable Person under section 21 of the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) Act 2023 from March 2025. Specific obligations as an accountable person will be outlined in an “Accountability Statement” which can be shared on a confidential basis in due course.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a member of the ANZ executive leadership team and the APAC Corporate Solutions executive leadership team
- Taking charge of guiding the Corporate Solutions leadership team to achieve their goals and support the execution of corporate strategy
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for the ANZ Corporate Solutions business
- Maintaining strategic dialogues with key decision-makers and broker partners
- Enhancing the market share and profitability of the Corporate Solutions business
- Leading business development to foster new opportunities and maintain profitable growth
- Managing the Customer and Distribution Management (CDM) team
- Inspiring and engaging the ANZ team, promoting open communication and idea exchange
- Advocating for Swiss Re’s values and leadership imperatives
- Representing Swiss Re in the Australian market to external contacts
