Description:
HOW WILL YOU DO IT?
- Partner country leadership team to execute people strategy and agenda in alignment of business growth aspirations.
- Collaborate with cross HR functions like regional HRBP, HR shared service centre and centre of excellence to deliver a great employee experience with our HR operation excellence initiatives.
- Manage country and individual matters with high complexity and minimize external reputation risks.
- Manage dispute resolutions with win-win and balance approach.
- Leads investigations and implement remediation actions as needed.
- Lead/participate in HR projects to drive continuous improvement and relevancy; and collaborate across HR functions in support of the CI effort.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and assess talent gaps; and develop short/long term talent strategies with support from Talent Acquisition. Establish required competencies and skill levels which ultimately improves the performance of the organization.
- Stay informed on local employment laws and company policies and share relevant information with business leaders and HR colleagues to enable effectiveness of management of industrial/employee relations.
- Support implementation of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring activities as needed.
