One of the fastest growing sustainability and technical consultancy companies are looking to hire ambitious sustainability professional.
The role offers the opportunity to work with some of the largest companies and real estate funds in the world, as part of a multi-disciplinary team of construction and property consultants. The ESG offering has grown exponentially in recent times with a significant pipeline of work across Southern, Western & Northern Europe.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in German and English
• Relevant experience working in property and/or construction, in delivering ESG/Sustainability strategies in the Built Environment
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental or Sustainability
• Ideally candidate will have exposure to climate risk assessment and or life cycle assessment
• Experience in implementing Net Zero Strategies
• You have in-depth knowledge of building-related German and European legislations and regulations, such as the EU Taxonomy

• Serving clients and other business partners, including working closely with heads of sustainability departments, executive teams, fund and asset managers, real estate and facilities management teams
• Working on behalf of some of the largest investment firms in the world, assisting in formulating Decarbonization Strategies and ensuring their estates are as Sustainable & efficient as possible.
• Management of projects
• Development of sustainability/ESG strategies, including requirements, methodology and implementation
