Agxecutive is now recruiting for a leader in providing digital solutions for agriculture, a Country Manager to join the team. The main responsibilities of the Country Manager will include coordinating and developing the business in Romania, identifying market growth opportunities and managing relationships with clients and partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Previous experience in a similar role in the agri-food or agricultural technology industry is an advantage;
– Experience in team leadership and project coordination;
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
– Solid knowledge of the agricultural market in Romania;
– Ability to develop growth strategies and implement effective action plans;
– Advanced English language skills; knowledge of French is a plus;
– Driver’s license category B.
