Reporting to: General Manager in Kuwait
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and logistics
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and local authorities
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Monitor and analyze financial performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary
Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Prepare and present reports to senior management
