WHAT WE NEED

Mixam is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to spearhead its operations in Germany. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the print industry, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams. The Country Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding Mixam’s presence in the German market, driving growth and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

YOUR SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in the print industry, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or management roles.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both German and English.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on driving results, fostering teamwork, and developing talent.
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
• Ability to speak and understand English proficiently

• Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and competitors within the German print industry.
• Develop comprehensive strategies to penetrate the market, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align strategies and leverage company resources effectively.
• Lead the acquisition of new clients and strategic partnerships, leveraging existing industry relationships and actively prospecting for new opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including print buyers, agencies, and businesses across various sectors.
• Develop customized printing solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee all aspects of operations within the German market, including sales, production, logistics, and customer service.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, empowering them to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Encourage innovation and creativity within the team, driving initiatives to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
