Job Description: Country Manager with 10 Years of BPO Experience in Bogotá, Colombia
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct all company operations in Colombia, ensuring compliance with business and financial objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the company’s presence and profitability in the Colombian market.
- Establish strong relationships with key clients and business partners to drive business growth.
- Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams, including sales, operations, human resources, and finance departments.
- Make strategic decisions in areas such as market expansion, product and service development, and risk management.
- Analyze the company’s financial and operational performance in Colombia and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in management roles in the BPO industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English.
- Proven ability to make strategic decisions and effectively solve problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
