Job Description: Country Manager with 10 Years of BPO Experience in Bogotá, Colombia

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct all company operations in Colombia, ensuring compliance with business and financial objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the company’s presence and profitability in the Colombian market.
• Establish strong relationships with key clients and business partners to drive business growth.
• Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams, including sales, operations, human resources, and finance departments.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in management roles in the BPO industry.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and operations in a complex business environment.
• Deep knowledge of the Colombian market and the BPO sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proven ability to make strategic decisions and effectively solve problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills.
