Job Description: Country Manager with 10 Years of BPO Experience in Bogotá, Colombia

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct all company operations in Colombia, ensuring compliance with business and financial objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the company’s presence and profitability in the Colombian market.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients and business partners to drive business growth.
  • Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams, including sales, operations, human resources, and finance departments.
  • Make strategic decisions in areas such as market expansion, product and service development, and risk management.
  • Analyze the company’s financial and operational performance in Colombia and take corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
