Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Cluster Manager and working closely with the store team, this position is responsible for delivering the company key performance indicators relating to the Stockroom and building a team that is empowered to exceed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the profitability of the retail operation by receiving, handling and managing the inventory of merchandise in a timely, efficient and organised manner
  • Lead and develop the stockroom team to ensure effective stock control at all times
  • Ensure shrink strategies are reviewed and implemented on an ongoing basis
  • Drive the focus of Work Health and Safety (WHS) within the stockroom and store
  • Management of the stores stocktake process
  • Review and implement strategies within the store to improve efficiency
