DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

Lenovo is hiring for a Country Sales Manager Enterprise & Public Sector - a key member of the Danish Management Team and pivotal function in achieving both current and long-term goals within the Enterprise, Public Sector and Global Accounts Segment (EPS and GA). In this role you lead a mature successful sales-team and are entrusted to develop, manage, and execute the segment strategy, operationally as well as strategic. You report into the Nordic Director Enterprise & Public Sector.

Your key responsibilities are to:

  • Manage and develop the Danish Enterprise & Public Sector Team- approx. 15 people
  • Have overall ownership of segment P/L. The approx. revenue is 2.5B DKK
  • Achieve annual and quarterly goals as set forth by the Nordic leadership team
  • Lead the sales transformation to ensure future success within developing business areas
  • Own the end-to-end process of strategic account planning
  • Have the capabilities to build effective teams focused on collaboration & unified approach
  • Short- and long-term pipeline management- Account planning across all Lenovo business groups (One-Lenovo); Accurate forecasting and demand planning

    Market Understanding & Customer Connect

  • Building tactical plans based on market share development, pricing analyses and competitive insight. Identifying partner alliances, growth segments and product market opportunities

  • Building and maintaining customer relations at C-Level, ability to negotiate and close complex deals
