QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • The educational level of at least Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field
  • Minimum two years (s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in training administration and operations, customer service or programme management roles in the education sector or continuing education training providers.
  • Familiarity with Singapore Workforce Qualification (WSQ) programmes and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Training Partners Gateway (TPG) management is preferred.
  • Good team player and able to interact well with others
  • Good command of English (Oral & Written) to liaise with attendees; other language proficiency is an advantage!
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skill in prioritizing and Excellent time management
  • Detailed-oriented

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The role of the Course Administration Officer will collaborate with the planning division to organize course schedules in alignment with demand forecasting and targets for various programs, ensure class confirmations are conducted at least 3 to 5 days prior to the course date, aiming for minimal class cancellations (less than 10%) and attain enrollment and course satisfaction goals set for assigned program groups.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create course runs and sessions in TPGateway and facilitate prompt and accurate course registration.
  • Inform learners, trainers, and assessors of class confirmation / cancellation
  • Source, secure and prepare training and assessment venues and course materials
  • Collect and maintain completed course attendance lists and learner assessment records
  • Collate, verify and upload learner attendance and assessment results into TPGateway, print SOAs / Full Qualifications (if applicable)
  • Collect learner course evaluation form and strive to improve quality of customer service.
  • Provide pre and post advisory support to learner/clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries regarding Solar’s offered Programmes.
  • Work with Finance to manage the invoicing of public learners and corporate clients for courses
  • Manage course fee and claims via TPGateway
  • Follow-up on outstanding payments and handle refunds
