12 MONTH MATERNITY COVER STARTING IN JUNE 2024
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our established Registry team. The Course Administrator will join a team of other administrators to provide support for ‘on-programme’ administration relating to higher education at Leeds Conservatoire.

What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support in the upkeep of student records and student data in the Student Information System (SITS) including student transfers, withdrawals, suspension of studies, as well as attendance and engagement monitoring
- Support with programme information gathering and dissemination, including changes to module or programme information, including the ‘roll over’ and archiving of course information
- Work with Student Support and academic teams to contribute to the administering of procedures relating to the recording of student absence and the Attendance and Engagement Monitoring process
- Act as a point of contact for staff and students in relation to any course administration or wider Registry queries
About You
- Must have GCSE English and Maths at Level 2 Grade 4/C or above
- Experience of using a range of IT systems including Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Experience of working with student related systems or database as well as administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with staff and students at all levels and provide excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and input data accurately is key
