Description:

SALES AND CONSULTATION:

  • Engage with prospective learners via various communication channels (phone, email, video calls, etc.) to understand their training requirements, career goals, and learning objectives.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate training courses from our portfolio that align with their goals and objectives.
  • Provide detailed information about the potential fundings involved, features, benefits, and outcomes of each course, addressing any questions or concerns raised by potential customers.
  • Offer personalized guidance and advice to customers, helping them make informed decisions based on their unique circumstances.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling training courses.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and tailor messages to individual needs.
  • Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities, with a focus on providing value and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and meeting deadlines.Knowledge of training courses, professional development, or adult education and the relevant fundings is a plus.
