Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs via SMS, email and phone thanks to our system which automates several manual tasks of a broker/agent - collecting information, reading consents, etc.
Work independently - no micromanagement - to help us deliver outstanding customer experience
Process policy modifications, renewals & cancellations
- Answer insurance coverage questions and offer personalized advice
- Share your feedback with the team to improve customer experience
