We’re currently seeking flexible and dedicated individuals for day-to-day supply cover in Rugeley.

Position: Day-to-Day Supply Cover

  • Full-time or part-time roles available
  • Duration: Immediate start, ongoing basis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing cover for absent teachers across various subjects and year groups
  • Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring continuity of learning
  • Managing behavior and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting (preferred)
  • Flexibility and availability to work on short notice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
