JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: College Diploma or University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Years of experience: 3 to 6 years in a similar role.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, including the ability to summarize data via formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, etc.
• Power BI proficiency is a plus.
• Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
• High attention to detail and accountability in analytical assessments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing with all levels of management.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Frequent use of courtesy and tact in conveying information.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a finance business partner, supporting business functional leaders to make strategic decision.
• Develop and produce standard reporting, presentation materials, as well as analysis and reports to improve decision making process.
• Monitor and analyze budget variances.
• Assist in the ongoing development, and reporting of KPIs required for decision making.
• Analyze various P&L line items to identify associated impact on the organization and proposing a remedial action plan.
• Analyze the performance by brand, customer and item and propose action plans to improve profitability.
• Assist with the preparation of the annual financial plan and updates.
• Prepare Crayola Canada monthly Financial Book.
• Prepare and submit various stewardship reports.
• Lead Crayola education tender business including pricing and gross margin levels for Crayola products.
• Coordinate periodic OSMI Sales between Crayola Sales team and various vendors to maximize profitability.
