We are hiring a Creative Account/Project Manager to join the in-house agency, ID8. ID8 is the world class agency of record for Gen and global consumer brands. You must be able to attend our office 2-3 days a week. This role has internal clients in the U.S. and Europe, and therefore will be expected to work a flex schedule that starts a bit later and ends a bit later to communicate in real time with clients.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Creative Account/Project Manager to join our award-winning team. This role is twofold. You will be responsible for both client account management for marketing teams as well as managing the creative development process from start to finish. You will work closely with internal clients and the creative team to organize, communicate, and ensure the delivery of top quality, strategic creative that exceeds expectations and grows the business. As a global company, our team and clients are spread across the US and Europe. Therefore, working some early mornings and attending/leading early morning meetings is expected.
What You Will Do in This Role:
Key responsibilities are to project manage the entire creative process from creative brief review through to quality delivery of creative assets such as digital display, social, internal communications, presentations, video and more. You will also build client relationships through regular, proactive and value-added communication, working with cross-functional teams to support project scope, creative strategy and creative development.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the main point of contact and strategic partner for designated clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Scope and forecast projects and workload, pipeline planning and reviews, future opportunities assessments, etc. Proactively identify synergies across client requests.
  • Own the intake process by working together with clients on development of creative strategy and creative briefs. Educate clients on best practices for creative brief writing.
  • Recommend creative team assignments and develop timelines with milestones to get the work done.
  • Project manage the creative development progress to ensure deadlines are met. When needed, recalibrate workload, engage external vendors and problem solve any issues.
  • Collaborate across teams to properly manage client changes and ensure communication paths are clearly defined and executed.
  • Maintain status reports, recaps, project timelines, feedback, action items, budgets and more.
  • Proactively communicate regularly with clients to prioritize workload so that the creative team is working on relevant projects that align with company objectives.
  • Identify, update and/or create processes to enable workflow efficiencies, create (ROI) efficiencies, or other improvements.
  • Conduct post-project analysis identifying best practices and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance client campaigns and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Develop and own project methodology, governance standards and procedures, and adhere to compliance processes.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience required
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Account Management, Creative Project Management, or Marketing Operations
  • Prior experience with B2C and B2B2C marketing
  • Prior experience in Project Management
  • Prior usage of Project Management Platform or Tools preferred
  • Fluency in English. Additional language familiarity a plus.
  • Team player and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and effectively prioritize.
