As a naturally artistic person, the creative designer is a valuable member of the LSH Marketing team, thanks to their unbridled passion for creative imagery and endless supply of ideas. Creative designers know that in brainstorming, there is no such thing as a bad idea.
The role of a creative designer is a highly skilled and diverse one, with tasks ranging from
assisting with the corporate branding and design of brochures, banners, websites, reports and presentations for a Lambert Smith Hampton and range of LSH clients.
Key Tasks
End to end artworking of printed literature, adverts and digital content.
Working to tight deadlines and a methodical approach to archiving creative content
Assisting with retouching, chart creation and visualising.
Working with the LSH Marketing team
Bringing own ideas and design creatives
Rebranding

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Excellent experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Diverse portfolio which demonstrates proficiency in the artworking
Excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure planning schedules run smoothly.
A good understanding of brand and corporate guidelines.
2-3 years of experience within the creative industry
A strong desire to learn and progress within the sector.
Knowledge of basic camera/sound skills and competency in Adobe Premier Pro or similar desirable.
Although not essential, a degree in a related discipline would be highly preferable
