Job Description

A BIT ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our Wise Business team in London. This is an embedded role in Wise’s Business marketing squad, and you will be responsible for creating impactful marketing content and collateral to help this team meet their ambitious targets. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious, self-starting, have B2B marketing experience and excellent stakeholder management.
You’ll have the opportunity to work in a truly dynamic and cross-functional marketing squad dedicated to the growth of Wise Business, with a dotted line to the Brand & Creative team for creative alignment across our outputs. You’ll get close to the audience you’re creating content for, gathering insights on what drives impact, and building on learnings to inspire the creative direction of not only your content but the Wise Business brand overall.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Producing a variety of content to support the business marketing plan, including but not limited to:
• Bespoke creatives for paid social and demand gen campaigns
• Working with our social content team to develop social media assets + templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter - think gifs, infographics and short videos

Business reports, whitepapers, ebooks

• Build bespoke business landing pages
• Business YouTube Thumbnails
• CRM/Business Newsletters
• Graphics to enhance the body copy of our long form editorial pieces
• Bespoke graphics for SEO content blogs
• Bespoke headers for product/business blogs
• Owning projects from start to finish, you’ll be involved in driving the test & learn agenda, reviewing performance, interpreting and presenting insights, and translating this into compelling new ideas and content in collaboration with our Business social content team
• Wise Business’ visual guidelines are still developing. You’ll be expected to continue that journey and bring the brand to life in a thoughtful, balanced way.
• Living and breathing what competitors are doing in the space – and bringing a strong point-of-view on what Wise should be doing to cut through and deliver best-in-class content that is genuinely value-add the target audience
• Maintaining close relationships with the B&C team, to ensure our overall creative output is consistent and we continue to innovate and push the envelope creatively
