THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re seeking a passionate and results driven Creative Director to lead the growth of our in-house creative services for brand partnerships. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing the creative vision and strategic ideation for Flight Studio’s proactive and reactive pitches, leveraging our creator-led channel mix across video, podcast, social, speaking engagements and live events.
As our founding creative hire, you’ll have the opportunity to build and scale your function from the ground up, championing best practice briefing, creative innovation, pitch development and flawless execution. Working closely with Sales, Marketing & Brand and the dedicated Content Producer (Brand Partnerships), you’ll be applying your competitive spirit and deep love of storytelling to help us win content partnership budgets from media agencies and clients directly, exceeding our commercial targets and adding more resources to the creative function as we scale.
