SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role, demonstrating progressive responsibility in creative leadership

Responsibilities:
We are seeking an accomplished Creative Director capable of shaping the creative vision and execution of all Typo product, inclusive of stationery, hardgoods, softgoods, bags and tech. In this role, you will lead and inspire a diverse team of Graphic Designers, Industrial Designers, and Trend Specialists to bring our brand and product vision to life. Reporting directly to the Head of Product at our Global Support Centre, you will foster a culture of collaboration across Trend, Design, and Buying teams, ensuring an integrated approach to creative development.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and leveraging globally relevant macro and product trends, shaping print, colour, and fabrication directions, and leading trend presentations and discussions. Working closely with Buyers and Designers, you will apply strategic creative direction to product development, ensuring alignment with market demands and brand ethos. Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing and guiding 2D and 3D creative outputs, addressing ethical and intellectual property considerations, and resolving production challenges through innovative solutions.
