Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering best-in-class digital toolkits and content strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across global, regional, and local, to ensure clear, impactful communications across our consumer touchpoints.

  • Build a deep understanding of audience segments, media landscape, performance data to develop insightful creative strategy that aligns with regional/local activation needs.
  • Spark media and creative synergies through development and ownership of learning agenda, including the exploration of innovative solutions in formats and technologies, that aligns with business needs.
  • Develop process and streamline creative adaptation needs, ensuring timely deliver of culturally relevant materials.
  • Optimize product category content at different stages of consumer decision journey to enable brand to discover, evaluation and consumer needs in close collaboration with global and regional teams.
  • Responsible for content excellence and actively engage in streamlining global content design, management and deployment process for website, app, social channels, and marketplaces.
  • Uphold high creative standards throughout the development process, maintaining consistent brand guardrails across all APAC business lines.
  • Implement A/B testing to continuously enhance user journeys and conversion rates.
  • Aligns with ecommerce team on optimization of template and content based on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Gathering insights from activations across markets to continuously improve the quality and impact of our assets.
  • Monitor online customer experience and utilize internal analytics to report performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage reporting dashboard for creative and PDP performance, analyzing creative impact on campaigns to guide data driven choice.
  • Monitor content usage, reach and impact by tracking KPIs and reviews competitor content/market trends to ensure optimized and market leading content.
  • Build partnership with cross function teams and stakeholders to develop regional toolkit/content/PDP than delivers superior communications.
  • Manage partnership with agencies to drive on time and quality master assets, content maintenance and optimization.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in creative and content management to drive business performance, preferably in APAC
  • Proficient knowledge in web/app/social analytics, UX/UI principles, with deep understanding of best -in-class online content and the effects on consumer behaviour
  • Experience with ecommerce landscape in APAC, excel, CMS and analytics solutions.
  • Business acumen with creative thinking and data-driven mindset
  • Attention to detail and strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Familiarity with digital platform-specific creative recommendations. You need to know what a winning creative in digital looks like with strong focus on key social platforms (Facebook, Youtube and/or TikTok)
  • Excellent communication in English with strong project management & problem-solving skills
