Creative Lead

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Creative Lead is a pivotal role within our business, responsible for driving the creative vision and execution of our brand across various platforms. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to guide a team of creative professionals. The Creative Lead will oversee the conceptualization, design, and production of experiences and visual content , ensuring all creative outputs align with the brand’s identity and business objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
• Proven track record of delivering successful creative campaigns and event projects.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
