Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a curious and results-oriented professional to join our Performance Marketing team as a Creative Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new creatives, including statics and videos, for our performance marketing team. This involves drawing insights from the latest trends in digital marketing advertising and closely monitoring our competitors. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our performance marketing teams, with a specific focus on Social Media, have the right creatives to achieve high revenue and low cost per user acquisition.

  • Hiring locations: Berlin is our preferred location, but we are open to applicants who are currently located within Germany or the UK and have the legal right to work there.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Digital Marketing Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the latest trends in Digital Marketing advertising (with a focus on Social Media), identifying emerging patterns and most converting assets.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Regularly track and analyze competitor creatives. Provide insights into their strategies, campaigns, and overall positioning.
  • Collaboration with Design and video Team: Work closely with the design team, freelancers, and/or agencies to translate those insights into creative strategies. Ensure that our processes run efficiently and maintain a focus on performance
  • Use technology to reduce production time and cost: integrating AI, automation tools and in-house developed technologies, improve our creative production process ensuring lower delivery time and cost.
  • Results Measurement: Analyze the performance of various creatives and make data-driven decisions
