Responsibilities:

At a stage of hypergrowth, LTK, the world’s largest creator monetisation platform, is looking for a Creator Success, Account Executive who will be responsible for growing the creator portfolio in Australia.
As Account Executive your job will be to oversee our creator recruitment and early lifecycle growth initiatives. In this job, you will be required to research, contact and sign new content creators to the LTK Platform. Additionally, you will be required to activate existing content creators who are not driving sales.
As Account Executive you will be responsible for driving outstanding revenue performance of our Creators through the LTK platform by building close relationships and empowering them with the best information, education and strategic recommendations to grow their business.
This role will involve analyzing data and trends on a weekly basis in order to identify potential growth opportunities that will inform creator development and expansion strategies.
The ideal candidate is expected to have an analytical mindset and a strong understanding of performance marketing in order to leverage LTK insights and devise high impact initiatives that will drive creator recruitment and growth.
We are looking for an individual who can work well under pressure, is flexible and easily able to multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary. The number one quality we are looking for is someone with intrinsic motivation to get work done.This individual must ensure that information is presented accurately, appropriately, and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met in a timely fashion.
