YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION INCLUDE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
- 5-8+ years of Manufacturing Engineering Experience
- Vast experience successfully using Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies towards high impact projects/programs/improvements is required
- Vast Experience applying both descriptive and inferential statistics is required.
- Experience in developing, interpreting and identify actions resulting from SPC controls is required
- Experience with credentials manufacturing processes or similar is required.
- Ability to learn different systems required for executing the Quality Management System (for example Test Track Pro, Agile, etc.)
- Computer assisted design (CAD) proficiency
