• Reviewing and adjudicating vehicle loan applications by assessing customer’s credit worthiness based on credit history, affordability, and collateral valuation
• Ensuring loan applications are decisioned accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment and in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
• Conducting preliminary validation of application details
• Communicating with dealers and sales team regarding active applications over the phone and through email
• Balancing your attention between new applications, resubmissions, and any rush requests
• Handling all customer requests with service excellence in a timely manne
