Responsibilities:
Duties include:
- Pre-Lend: evaluate creditworthiness of loan applications through pre-lend due diligence, in-depth financial analysis, industry research, and risk assessment; assess collateral values and perform risk mitigation analysis through market research, reviewing contracts and reports
- Reporting: prepare information memorandums, manage progress claims, ongoing portfolio analysis and management, preparing credit reports for credit and investment committees
- Correspond: Arranging progress inspections, instructing Valuers/QS’ to complete reports, arranging and maintain contact with them, reviewing external reports, track of all credit related tasks to satisfy Conditions Precedent for settlement, and liaising with Treasury to determine funding needs for progress draws
