How you’ll make an impact:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a results-orientated Credit or Customer Services professional to join an innovative, fast growing, dynamic FinTech which is part of the ScotPac group.
You will maintain and develop strong relationships with brokers and clients and will be responsible for managing the business lending process from loan origination through to settlement. You will contribute to giving our clients every chance of success with your “can do” attitude, energy and people skills.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead nurture and enrichment
  • Credit assessment
  • Drafting Sales Proposals
  • Managing the loan settlement process
  • Ongoing client management, customer care and retention

What you’ll bring with you:

  • Highly motivated with an ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced high volume environment within our collaborative team
  • Possess exceptional communications skills to maintain, nurture and build relationships
  • A keen eye for numbers with an ability to analyze financial statements or desire to learn
  • Curious mindset with a hunger for learning new skills. Previous experience in commercial finance would be an advantage but is not essential
