Responsibilities:
- Reach out to customers with delinquent balances in a professional and respectful manner to facilitate payments and resolve outstanding issues.
- Compile and analyze credit information to assist in credit file reviews, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Handle the processing of all lien waivers promptly and accurately to support ongoing operations.
- Conduct thorough reconciliation of discrepancies and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform daily audits of our business process outsourcing to ensure compliance with company standards and identify any areas for enhancement.
- Provide backup support to Credit Relationship Managers during peak times or as required, maintaining a seamless workflow within the department.
- Oversee the management of sales tax exemption certificates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate record-keeping
