Job Introduction
Our Finance team provides support to the firm in management accounting, billing, credit control, purchase and payments management and budgeting as well as providing financial compliance input to support the firm’s strategic decision-making processes. The Finance team plays a vital role in managing risk and financial performance for the firm. The admin role is located within the credit control team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling all Credit Control post
  • Managing personal and team inboxes
  • Maintaining 3E notes and data quality to audit standards.
  • Supporting Credit Controllers in all aspects of chasing the firm’s debt
  • Completing new vendor forms
  • Completing billing, cash summaries and Statements of Account
  • Dealing with purchase order numbers for clients
  • Producing copy invoices and supporting documents where requested
  • Dealing with incoming calls and account queries where appropriate
  • Produce and deal with the daily bill reminder notifications (VAT letters)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to multi-task and understand the demands of different departments
  • Previous experience of a professional services sector
  • A methodical approach
  • Ability to handle telephone calls, emails & meetings.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to deal with a high workloads
  • IT literacy including the ability learn new systems
  • Flexible with a positive attitude
  • Educated to GCSE level, with level of numeracy, spelling and grammar
  • Good Excel and IT skills
