We are now expanding our Finance & Accounts Department and are looking for an ambitious Credit Control Manager to join the team based in HQ in Corby. You will enjoy this role if you are a self-starter, thrive in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment and are keen to make a difference.
The Accounts and Finance team sits within our group/central functions; the team is responsible for delivering all aspects of operational accounting and strategic finance activities to support a very successful business. The Credit Control Manager is a newly created role and will report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with our Global Accounts Manager.
The role of the Credit Control Manager is focused on managing international accounts teams to ensure efficient cash flow through stringent credit control processes. Key responsibilities include overseeing and supporting Group cash collection, efforts to minimize debtor days.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Credit Control management – minimum 5 years experience, involvement in managing teams based in multi-locations is an advantage
- Proven experience in successfully optimizing credit control processes, driving improvement, and delivering change within an organization.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership and accountability of credit control and aged debt.
- Compiling regular reports to senior stakeholders.
- Manage the Group’s credit insurance limits - liaising with EFCIS/Atradius, adding new clients, amending credit limits.
- Implementing process improvement changes in the aged debt escalation process for the international team.
- Supporting key departmental initiatives and projects such as change in systems, control and process enhancements. Update, revise, and improve process maps/process documents.
- Evaluate existing control framework and develop, implement and monitor processes, practices and procedures to ensure controls are embedded and adhered to.
