Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Credit Control Officer to join our finance team. This position will be a Part time role for a fixed term of 12 months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts and implementing effective debt recovery strategies while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and empathy. Key duties include identifying and monitoring outstanding customer debts, reaching out to individuals with overdue accounts, negotiating payment schedules, and ensuring adherence to repayment plans to reduce losses for Warrigal. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and their families by ensuring the financial sustainability of our organisation.
