Description:

Immediate start for an experienced Credit Controller to join a market leading FMCG business. 4 days a week work from home!

Responsibilities:

Reporting to a supporting Credit Manager and working as part of a team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting collection calls with numerous clients and recording given information on SAP
  • Reconciling client accounts
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Running credit checks and approving credit applications for new customers
  • Reviewing and approving the daily Cash on Delivery (COD) clients
  • Running various reports, including an ATB analysis report detailing the exact gain/loss for all accounts each week.
  • Managing claims and queries,
  • Managing risk assessments,
  • Creating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
