Description:
Immediate start for an experienced Credit Controller to join a market leading FMCG business. 4 days a week work from home!
Responsibilities:
Reporting to a supporting Credit Manager and working as part of a team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting collection calls with numerous clients and recording given information on SAP
- Reconciling client accounts
- Negotiating payment plans
- Running credit checks and approving credit applications for new customers
- Reviewing and approving the daily Cash on Delivery (COD) clients
- Running various reports, including an ATB analysis report detailing the exact gain/loss for all accounts each week.
- Managing claims and queries,
- Managing risk assessments,
- Creating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
