Recruitment Labs has been exclusively engaged by a top-tier law firm to recruit a new Credit Controller, who will become an integral part of their finance team.
$100,000 - $110,000 Package

Responsibilities:
As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
Credit Management: Implementing and maintaining effective credit control procedures to minimise outstanding debts and maximise cash flow.
Client Liaison: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payment and resolve any billing queries or disputes efficiently.
Financial Analysis: Conducting thorough analysis of financial data to assess credit risk and devise strategies for mitigating potential financial losses.
Reporting: Generating accurate and timely financial reports to provide insights into credit control performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit management and debt collection.
Successful Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in debtor management within the legal or broader professional services industry.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, with the ability to analyse financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
Meticulous attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
Ideally familiar with software specific to the legal industry such as Affinity, Aderant, Leap or Elite etc.
