Based in the heart of the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, we are a friendly, well-established but growing business of 280 employees. We are currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join our friendly finance team.

What you will be doing
- Providing an efficient and effective service to customers in the processing, chasing and maintenance of their account
- Controlling a designated credit control ledger
- Completing reconciliation of accounts
- Co-ordination of collection activity in line with cash collection KPIs
- Processing of new account applications and credit limit reviews
- Investigate the reason for credit failures
What you need to succeed
- Experience of working in credit control
- GCSE Maths and English
- Excellent computer skills with excellent knowledge of excel
- Team player
- Clear and concise communication skills
