We form part of the Heimerle + Meule Group, one of Europe’s largest refiners and processors of precious metals. Based in the heart of the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, we are a friendly, well-established but growing business of 280 employees. We are currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join our friendly finance team.

What you will be doing

• Providing an efficient and effective service to customers in the processing, chasing and maintenance of their account
• Controlling a designated credit control ledger
• Completing reconciliation of accounts
• Co-ordination of collection activity in line with cash collection KPIs
• Processing of new account applications and credit limit reviews
• Investigate the reason for credit failures

What you need to succeed

• Experience of working in credit control
• GCSE Maths and English
• Excellent computer skills with excellent knowledge of excel
• Team player
• Clear and concise communication skills
