Responsibilities:

This position will work closely with our customers, sales representatives, and management. The successful applicant will be a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Perform data updates to critical systems ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Learn, understand, and administer credit policies.
  • Respond to requests for credit information on existing or past accounts in a timely manner.
  • Process credit cards for orders.
  • Must have outstanding business communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required. Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Requires some collections experience.
  • Accounting background preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Other duties as assigned.
